- Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems.
- Coordinates with assigned foreman and/or other trades for the purpose of completing projects and work orders efficiently.
- Inspects, Diagnoses HVAC systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, Chillers, etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending preventive maintenance.
- Must be able to read blue prints and wiring diagrams
- Electrical experience helpful, but not required.
- Applicant must have valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Be willing to learn.
- Some travel is required. Company pays expenses.

- Perform installation of temperature control and building automation. This will involve pulling wires, terminating devices and mounting field devices.
- Must be able to read blue prints and wiring diagrams.
- Experience in wiring and good PC skills are a plus.
- Electrical or HVAC experience helpful, but not required.
- Applicant must have valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Be willing to learn.
